What Our Visitors Say...
The only good thing about this holiday park was the location. The caravan we had was well past it's sell by date. Very rundown with broken blinds so at the time of the year it was very hard to sleep. The hot water was hard to come by and we were told to run the taps on full to kick start the boiler which didnt always work. Furniture was broken and very dated. Not very comfortable to sleep in the smallest of beds and sofas were more like a large chair. We thought we were getting a coffee machine and decking but our van didn't have either. Overall very disappointing.
Good location, and a nice little park.
The caravan that we were in was well past it's use by date.
Difficult to sleep in with no curtains at the windows
You could not sit on the toilet properly because of the sink unit.
And my daughter, if she had gone with us, would have had to check into a hotel, because of the amount of spiders in it.

Beautiful place, clean lodges,
Nothing negative to say

10/10 will definitely be booking again
We stayed in October half term ‘24 in one of their new, pet friendly static caravans and had a great time. The caravan was very nice and had everything we needed.
The site was very clean and the staff super friendly. If you are after a quiet site, without all the entertainment, then this is the perfect place to stay.
There are a couple of shops in walking distance from the park, which sell everything, there is also a pub, cafe and boat hire just down the road.
Don’t miss the opportunity to go and see the seals at Horsey Gap, which is about a 20 min drive. We saw hundreds of seals lying along the beach when we went there, it was an amazing sight and experience.
National Trust Horsey Windpump is on the way, which is also worth a stop when going to the beach and if you are a NT member.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Nice quiet site and modern caravans although a new mattress is needed as you could feel every spring
The only criticism we had was the boiler didn’t work properly and we had to run the bathroom tap to enable hot water in the kitchen!
We had a lovely 3 day family stay and rented 3 cabins. Clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Pub & shop within 3 min walk. And a top bonus was no screaming kids 🤣
First time here. Really friendly and helpful staff. Had a small problem with the coffee machine which was resolved very promptly. So peaceful. Site really well kept and clean. Hope to go back again.
We are a family of 4 with 2 children (5&8), we already knew there was not any pool or clubs here which is why we picked this accommodation. We stayed in a lovely lodge with all the facilities needed to make it home from home, some of the items could do with updating and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we didnt expect luxury anyway so wasn’t a suprise, perfect base in a good location near enough to the beach, BeWILDerwood and lots of other days out to keep children entertained, so peaceful and relaxing after a busy day, really enjoyed our stay. The ladies really look after the garden and the site is beautifully kept.
Thank you for a great time a quiet clean place
Perfect for Family Holiday.
We will definitely return for this wonderful place

What a lovely, clean, and quiet site. The location is great as a base. Very close to the local shop which sells everything and the local pub.
The site has old and new caravans. We were in an older one, which is a bit dated but clean and tidy. We managed to book our holiday at a reasonable price so I have no complaints.
If you are looking to have a holiday in the Norfolk Broads, I would definitely recommend this site.
