Nice quiet site and modern caravans although a new mattress is needed as you could feel every spring

The only criticism we had was the boiler didn’t work properly and we had to run the bathroom tap to enable hot water in the kitchen!

We had a lovely 3 day family stay and rented 3 cabins. Clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Pub & shop within 3 min walk. And a top bonus was no screaming kids 🤣

We are a family of 4 with 2 children (5&8), we already knew there was not any pool or clubs here which is why we picked this accommodation. We stayed in a lovely lodge with all the facilities needed to make it home from home, some of the items could do with updating and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we didnt expect luxury anyway so wasn’t a suprise, perfect base in a good location near enough to the beach, BeWILDerwood and lots of other days out to keep children entertained, so peaceful and relaxing after a busy day, really enjoyed our stay. The ladies really look after the garden and the site is beautifully kept.

What a lovely, clean, and quiet site. The location is great as a base. Very close to the local shop which sells everything and the local pub.The site has old and new caravans. We were in an older one, which is a bit dated but clean and tidy. We managed to book our holiday at a reasonable price so I have no complaints. If you are looking to have a holiday in the Norfolk Broads, I would definitely recommend this site.

Just got back from Norfolk Country Park had a lovely week there, on arrival I went into the office where I was greated by the warden of the site that booked us in and told me that we would be escorted to our accommodation by his wife Nina that came along in a golf caddy truck and took us to our accommodation, she was very informative about the local sites, pub, shops etc, when we got into our caravan it was immaculate, we had the Hampton Lodge, very well equipped, plenty of hot water, coffee machine was a nice touch. The sit was very peaceful and relaxing and the grounds are very well kept. The site is 13 miles from Great Yarmouth, 22 miles to Lowestoft, 22miles from Cromer, 1.3 miles to Potter Heigham to the marina, would definitely go back again. And also take your own shower and hand towels and tea towel with you as they are not supplied. Thank you Nina for helping us out.
